General Return Guidelines

Manufacturer Return Policies

Some product manufacturer-specific is subject to withdrawal policies. In such cases, customers should contact product manufacturer or authorized distributor for direct support. RKN computers cannot process returns or exchanges for these items.

Consumable Policy

Once opened, consumable products are not eligible for return. These include, but not limited to:

Printer ink cartridge
Toner cartridge
Recordable media (eg, DVD, Blue-Ray Disc)

Refused Policy – Only Credit Credit

All approved refunds will be released as store credit vouchers, which will be valid for 6 months and redimed to RKN computer. No cash refund or credit card reimbursement will be issued. Restoration or handling fee may apply as per policy.

Final Note

All returns and exchange items are subject to inspection by RKN Computer staff. Returns cannot be denied to fulfill our terms or the customer may be returned to their expense. The RKN Computer reserves the right to deny any request that does not comply with these conditions.
